School Name Cresthaven ES (0901) School Year 2018 - 2019 Coaching is used to support MTSS implementation Not enough coaching is implemented to provide performance feedback of components of MTSS. Provide more support and coaching. The support staff including coaches meet weekly to focus on ways to coach and provide feedback to teachers. This is a math coach is being utilized for supports to tiers of MTSS in math. Coaches will keep logs to document support and the specific feedback given. Support Staff 2019-03-01 2019-06-05 Tier 3 behavior practices are based on students' needs, aligned with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Tier 3 behavior practices are not aligned with social emotional learning. Teachers and support staff will link social emotional learning to Tier 3 behavior practices. Teachers will implement strategies learned in social emotional learning trainings they recevied in the 2017-18 school year as part of the teacher incentive fund (TIF V). PLCs that focus on a school-wide behavior management system (CHAMPS) will meet to share practices that align to students' behavior needs. The collaborative problem solving team (CPST) will analyze the data from Tier 3 behavior practices and look for effective trends aligned to Social-Emotional Learning, or SEL that trend towards reducing the number of behavior referrals.
