What elements will be addressed?

The infrastructure exists to support family and community engagement
Why is it occuring?

A significant population of our students live in group homes. Our boundries include half of Broward County, so we are not a neighborhood school.
What are we going to do about it?

Communication regarding school-wide activities will be increased both on our website and via flyers home.
Teachers will remind famlies/caretakers of upcoming events and encourage participation.

Student progress specific to academic or behavior goals are monitored
Why is it occuring?

Due to the significant needs of our students, data was not reflecting consistant progress.
What are we going to do about it?

All teachers will work in their team PLCs to improve addressing the Access Points and sharing best practices to help facilitate student growth.
Action Plan

Quartlerly data chats will occur to reveiw student progress, pre and post tests and implemented  modifications as needed.
How will we monitor and measure our success?

Pre and Post test results and the FSAA results will be monitored and data analyzed
