What elements will be addressed?

The infrastructure exists to support family and community engagement

Why is it occuring?

The infrastructure to support family and community engagement needs to be strengthened.  

What are we going to do about it?

The staff will participate in  professional development in order to increase their capapcity in the area of MTSS/RtI.  
The school will increase communication with all stakeholders regarding MTSS/RtI implementation and procedures.

Action Plan

1. District personnel will provide MTSS/RtI training to staff.
2. The CPS team will provide support to faculty/ staff as it relates to MTSS/RtI.
3. Parents will be provided with information regarding  the MTSS/RtIprocesses and procedures as needed.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Succes will be measured by teacher usage of BASIS and participation in MTSS/RtI meetings.

Data sources are used to evaluate the fidelity and impact

Why is it occuring?

In the past, the submission of data was inconsistent.  Teachers expressed that they needed more resources for data collection and graphing.

What are we going to do about it?

Teachers will be provided with assistance in the area of data collection when needed.
 

Action Plan

1. Professional development centered on data collection will be provided.
2. Guidance counselors will collect data for their specified grade level.
3. Data will be collected on a consistent BASIS and assistance will be provided to teachers when needed.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Success will be monitored by tracking the submission of the supporting documentation within BASIS.
