School Name Floranada ES (0851) School Year 2018 - 2019 Data are used to identify reasons why students are not meeting expectations We continue to have a gap between children with disabiities and the general education population. We have supported classrooms for extra help in the classroom. We have dual certified teachers. We attempt to address the needs early and work on the areas of need. Monthly, the students will set goals and review them with their teachers. We will track the data through i-Ready Growth Monitoring Plan and STAR Reading Assessment monthly. John Vetter 2018-12-01 2019-05-16 Tier 1 academic practices clearly identify learning standards It is occuring because not every instructional facillitator is teaching standard-based lessons 100% of the time. We provided deconstructed standards for every grade level, we offered guided reading training, and standards are required for lesson plans. Administrators are going to give feedback on lesson plans and instructional observations. We will mointor success using data chats utilizing STAR and iReady standards based results. Teachers will get feedback about standard based instruction through iObervation. Josianne Valme 2018-12-21 2019-05-19
