School Name Oakridge ES (0461) School Year 2018 - 2019 Professional development and coaching provided to staff Tier 1 behavior practices identify school-wide expectations Tier 1 behavior practices are not consistent from classroom to classroom and throughout all locations in the school. Faculty and staff are participating in CHAMPS professional development. Grade level work groups are meeting on a monthly basis to discuss strategies, give each other feedback, and share best practices.
