What elements will be addressed?

The leadership team is actively facilitating implementation

Why is it occuring?

The MTSS/RTI (CPS) team has been empowered to facilitate implementation of the school-wide process. We will do more to intentionally include leadership (administration) in the process.

What are we going to do about it?

We will do better to consistently send out communications/notifications alerting administration of RTI staffings for their inclusion and cooperative input.

Action Plan

 In order to provide quality support systems for all students we will require active participation from all campus stakeholders. This will promote consistent ongoing facilitation of MTSS implementation.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will engage in ongoing professional development for strategic implentation, share data-based documentation, communicate the plan and process for instruction and interventions, and ensure that all stakeholders have access to updated information.

What elements will be addressed?

Educators actively engage families in MTSS

Why is it occuring?

We are challened to consistently maintain families engagement in the MTSS process due to communication gaps bewtween school and home. 

What are we going to do about it?

We will be committed to ensuring that parents/families are informed, aware, and alerted concerning the MTSS process. Families will continue to be made aware through phone communication, letter sent out, and robot calls.

Action Plan

A school-wide letter will be generated and mailed out to all families, as well as robot calls making families/community partners aware of the ongoing MTSS process.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

We will monitor and measure success in the areas of communication and collaboration through parental feedback and participation.
