School Name Walker ES (0321) School Year 2018 - 2019 A leadership team is established This is occurring because the leadership team is not always available to attend RTI meetings on a regular basis. The leadership tea, will review RTI schedule ahead of time and adjust their schedules in order to attend RTI meetings on a regular basis. A leadership team including curriculum coaches help develop intervention plans, monitor RTI plans to ensure that interventions are being implemented with fidelity and to ensure that teachers are using the data to drive their instructions to meet all students. Students in RTI will be discussed through team meetings and PLC meetings. School Administration and Support Staff 2019-01-31 2019-05-31 DBPS for student outcomes occurs across content areas, grade levels, and tiers This is occurring because our staff is fairly new and they are still becoming familiar with the RTI process. We will continue to train all teachers on how to successfully use data collected from interventions and tier 1 instructions to drive effective instructions in the classroom. We are going to implement MTSS/RTI training on using data and on how to implement different interventions across grade levels. Classroom observation and data collections.
