Staff have consensus and engage in MTSS Implementation

Why is it occuring?

Staff is challenged with how to proceed once the implementation/progress monitoring process has started.

What are we going to do about it?

  • Provide staff with continuous learning and support as to how the process works from beginning to end.
  • Engage staff with pre-RtI meetings to ensure the success of the RtI meetings are entered accuarately.

Action Plan

  • Provide  refresher professional learning at grade level  team monthly meetings.
  • Provide one on one with individual teachers, as needed.
  • Provide continuous development for all staff on the MTSS/RTI process.

How will we monitor and measure our success?

Success will be monitored based on the effective implementation of the RTI process.

Effective data tools are used appropriately and independently by staff

Why is it occuring?

Staff is not effectively utilizing reseach-based data tools with fidelty.  

What are we going to do about it?

Provide staff with continuous learning and support as to how and what to utilize for RTI Data tools.

  • Provide one on one with individual teachers, as needed.
  • Provide continuous development for all staff on the MTSS/RTI process and resources.

Success will be monitored based on the effective implementation the appropriate Data Tools during the RTI process.
