The leadership team actively engages in ongoing professional development

The leadership team is established and meets regularly but is not actively involved in professional development at all times.

In order to ensure the leadership team is involved more, we will add additional leadership team meetings where the focus will be solely on profesional development.

The first additional meeting will occur during the month of October and will be added monthly from there on.

Staff surveys and student data will be analyzed to determine effectiveness.

Staff understand and have access to data sources

Staff is aware of data and has access to it, however, we need to do more to ensure they are evaluating it and truly using it to drive instruction.

Department chairs will provide school-wide data to each PLC so teachers can use that to drive instruction.

Data will be collected by department chairs monthly.  Chairs will meet with PLC facilitators to provide data and review it.  PLC's will then use this data to drive conversations and planning.
