Monitor students more closely through data chats and working with teachers to identify resources, interventions, and strategies to assist struggling students. Monitor students' data and have data conversations with teachers, students, and parents. Through the monitoring of data and data chats and classroom walkthroughs we will monitor the success of this action plan. By the end of June 2019, teachers will increase their understanding of the depth and rigor of academic standards and how to effectively implement them in the classroom by 30%.
