To bridge the gap between families and staff by developing a deeper understanding of the diverse cultures represented within our school and the wider community. We want our families to feel welcome, valued and respected by our staff. As part of our school improvement plan, we put together a plan for family engagement strategies that are aimed at increasing parent and family involvement, especially meeting the needs of our changing families and challenging community circumstances.
