At Winston Park Elementary, we have implemented a Social Emotional Learning Lab, our facilitator is our guidance counselor Crystal Walker. The goal of the SEL Lab is to collaborate the process through which children, adults, parents and families acquire and effectively apply the knowledge, attributes and the necessary skills to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others and establish and maintain positive relationships and make responsible decisions.
