At Cooper City Elementary School, we strive for exceptional customer service to our families and community stakeholders. First and foremost, for the upcoming school year, our clerical staff will undergo customer service training. We will be hiring a new secretary who has been through the Ritz Carlton customer service training. We review customer surveys from parents, staff, and students each year to improve on our deficient areas. In addition, we utilize continuous improvement through monthly meetings with our stakeholders (SAC, SAF, Clerical, Custodians, Cafeteria....).
