We will also ensure that all phone calls and messages are returned within a 24 hour window. When guests enter our campus, they will be greeted at the single point of entry and escorted to their destination. No guest will ever be left without an escort, even as they are leaving each day. We will periodically survey stakeholders to see what customer service improvements can be made.
