Maintains and preserves the official permanent records of The School Board of Broward County, Florida, with Minute Books dating from 1915.

Oversees and maintains the electronic agenda (eAgenda). Prepares follow-up reports for all Board meetings, prepares Board Recaps for the School Board and Official School Board Records’ webpage, showing the action taken by the Board on agenda items. Research and historical information are provided upon request by contacting Public Relations & Governmental Affairs at 754-321-2300.

Using technology to provide a more streamlined process of preparing and conducting School Board meetings and improving accessibility of information to the School Board, the media, and the general public.
