Students can begin their service hours the summer before 9th grade. A Student Volunteer Service Application and Approval Form must be completed for each organization the service hours are performed. Students are responsible for receiving approval from Ms. Gentile prior to performing volunteer service hours. The first 40 hours of service are documented on the Tier I Form. All hours of service beyond the first 40, must be documented on a Tier II/III Form. Forms are available on the links provided below. Please remember that students can ONLY volunteer at non-profit organizations. If they are working at a summer camp, please verify that the camp is a non-profit organization prior to performing hours there.
