ATTENTION PARENTS OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES


The annual Parent Survey indicating how well schools are supporting parents' involvement in their child's education can be accessed online beginning February 1, 2011.  To access and complete the survey, log on to www.ESESurvey.com. 


If you are unable to complete an online survey, please request a  paper survey from your child's school.   The parent survey allows you to provide meaningful feedback to the Florida Department of Education concerning educational services your child is receiving.  Remember the parent survey is only for parents of students with disabilities in grades pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
