The process for accessing FCAT Explorer is:
    - The student should go to the website www.fcatexplorer.com. Their sign in name
    is the last name first initial. They will then enter their password, which is their
    Social Security number.

    - The student should follow the instructions provided on the website. The student
    will take a sample test. If the student scores in the 30th percentile or below, the
    student will participate in a website remedial program first and then, when the
    student has completed the remedial program, the student will go into the FCAT
    Explorer Program.

Broward Virtual Education is offering free FCAT preparation online to all seniors who have not yet passed the FCAT. BellSouth will provide internet access with an email account at no charge for seniors who do not currently have internet access and an email account.

Seniors who wish to register for Broward Virtual Education's free FCAT preparation online course must:
        -obtain the required registration form from the Guidance Counselor or
        designated school staff member

        -have the form signed by the
            -student
            -guidance counselor
            -parent

Students who are enrolled in the online FCAT preparation course and who need free Internet access and an email account must contact Broward Virtual Education at 954-370-8364 to receive their free access and password
