As part of a special project, five second grade teachers and their students began a journey to learn “What it Means to Be an American.” Students in these classes researched different topics and shared their acquired knowledge through: podcasts, oral presentations, keynote presentations, a calendar using iPhoto, original music, a cookbook, and many other classroom activities.
