Essential Question:
How is your life impacted by the contributions of Ancient Greeks?

Project Desciption:
Seventh and eighth grade students researched how the contributions from the Ancient Greeks still have an impact on their lives today. Their knowledge was shared through the development of podcasts, multimedia presentations and movies.

Teachers/Classes:

Mr. Michael Lewis (8th Grade Math): Students researched Ancient Greek mathematicians, discovering their contributions and implications for how math problems are solved today.  Knowledge was shared through the creation of podcasts and comics.

Mr. Joshua Robert (8th Grade Social Studies): Students researched different questions about the Ancient Greek government system.  Each group then created a multimedia presentation and some also created podcasts answering their questions.

Ms. Jamie Brown (7th Grade Math): Students used technology to research the math contributions from the Ancient Greeks and how their discoveries and methods for solving math problems are still applicable today.  Knowledge was shared through the creation of podcasts and comics
