Essential Question:
How does your behavior impact society?

Project Desciption:
Students interviewed, researched, and created multimedia presentations about the various aspects of self-control, respect, citizenship, responsibility, and cooperation.

Teachers/Classes:

Sheryn Deason's 8th grade Social Studies students researched individuals who they perceived as role models for citizenship and created a media tribute.

Erick Gurreonero's 8th grade Language Arts students created videos on their thoughts, views, and proposal for avoiding school wide bullying and showing respect for others.

Faith Ibarra's 8th grade  Language Arts students promoted teenage social responsibility among their peers while investigating community members who have contributed to society.


Ilene Marcus' 7th grade  Social Studies students looked at conflict and compromise and how it took place throughout history, ultimately impacting society.

Amy Schuck's 8th grade Math students conducted research and interviews to create a multimedia presentation on self-control.

Susan Miles, Media Specialist, supported the teachers and students while they progressed through their projects.
