New Educator Support System (NESS)
The Broward County Public Schools welcomes every teacher new to the school district. The district provides new educators with support through the New Educator Support System (NESS). This site-based support includes a NESS School Liaison, Instructional Coach and HRD Program Facilitator.
The NESS team’s role is to help new teachers be successful in their classroom, their school, and their profession by providing appropriate resources, coaching/modeling, and supporting implementation of new learning. If you have any questions concerning the program contact your NESS School Liaison.
