Action Research - Dissemination

1. Sharing Results of Action Research

Sharing the complete process is the final step of your action research project.  This is the time to step back and produce a reflection of what you did and the lessons that you learned along the way. Success of an action research project is not measured by what worked, but what was learned that could be applied in the classroom/work environment.   Sharing your story could be in print and/or an oral presentation. This may be a simple discussion among your peers or a formal publication or presentation.

Your research is important and will be relevant to many other teachers. A question and answer period must be included in your presentation. Sharing these results can offer inspiration and a springboard for new ideas.
