When sending an email to the attendance office please include the following:
1. State your child's Student Number  
2. State your child's FULL NAME  
3. State your child's Grade  
4. State your child's Date of Birth  
5. Provide a Point of Contact  
6. Write a brief note providing the reason for absence or your attendance concern.
