The Guidance Department will once again be sponsoring the Junior College Trip. The dates for the trip are April 11, 12 and 13. We will be visiting seven campuses in 3 days: Florida Gulf Coast, University of South Florida, University of Florida, Florida A&M, Florida State, University of North Florida and University of Central Florida. The price of the trip is $230 which includes transportation, hotels and all meals. There are 80 spots available and those Juniors wishing to attend must have an unweighted GPA of 2.8 or higher. A $100 deposit is due by Friday, January 13th. You can pay by cash in the Guidance Department or by credit card on the school website. Checks will not be accepted. Trip details are available in the BRACE office.

Registration

Students who are entering from charter or private schools, from other counties, or moving into the Everglades H. S. boundary area need to call 754-323-0509 for a registration appointment. Please bring the following documents with you to register: two proofs of address in the parent's name, Florida Health and Immunization Forms, and last report card showing promotion from eighth grade or high school transcript. A birth certificate is required if the child has not been enrolled in Broward County Public Schools.

In the Spring for matriculation, students in a Broward County Public School that are boundared to Everglades will be registered through their current school. Please click on this link for boundary information.
