CELL PHONE USER CHANGES

      If a cellular phone is being transferred from one user to another it is important to contact ETS to make them aware of the transfer in responsibility.  This will ensure that the appropriate person will receive the monthly cell phone bill for review and keeps the districts records accurate. 

      Simply send an email to Kendra Demme listing the cellular phone number, the old user's name, and the new user's name and title.  A confirmation email will be sent when the change has been completed.  It can often take up to two billing cycles for the change to reflect on the monthly AT&T bill.

 

CELL PHONE CANCELLATIONS

      All requests for cancelation of service should be emailed to Kendra Demme at ETS.  Include the cellular phone number as well as the user's name. If  there is no longer a use for the equipment please wait at least two days from sending the email, place the phone and any accessories along with a copy of the cancellation email in the pony to Kendra Demme at ETS. 

      All cancellations are final and can not be reversed. Before making cancellations it is best to ensure that the phone can not be used elsewhere within your department or school.
