Records Disposition

When district records have met retention requirements in accordance with The State of Florida General Records Schedules GS1-SL and GS7, an annual Records Disposition Request Form (RDR) is prepared for schools and departments. Upon approval by the School Board of Broward County Chief Auditor, the RDR form is posted here. The RDR form provides authorization to staff to destroy obsolete documentation and electronic records through the dates shown.
