REGARDING TELECOMMUNICATIONS REPAIR AND WORK ORDERS:
TLCs should call in a Remedy ticket for ALL Telecom requests - regardless of the nature of the request. Service Desk agents will complete the Remedy ticket with information about the nature of the request - noting whether it is an "Incident" where something is broken or doesn't work - or if it's a request for a Move, Add or Change to the phones or phone system at the school or department. If the work requires a Communications Work Order (CWO) - the TLC who submitted the Remedy ticket will be advised of that by Telecom staff as a part of their Remedy ticket processing each day.
