Do you have the correct system requirements to access ESS?

Windows users access the ERP Portal via Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher

Macintosh users access the ERP Portal via Firefox version 3.5.7 higher versions WILL NOT WORK

Did you review the information on the Support Requirements page on the ERP website?

System requirements for ERP including documentation on pop-up blockers are located at http://www.broward.k12.fl.us/erp/brite/support/updates/partnerupdates.html

Do you know your user ID and password for ESS?

User Login ID: PXXXXXXXX
Entry format example: P00012345
P + 8 digits
In the above example, the personnel number is 12345 (5 digits), therefore 3 leading zeros need to be added in order to make up the 8 digit

Password: mmddyy! (first time users only)

Mm dd yyyy!
J a 02 1956!
Mm= Ja for January first letter of birth month upper case J,second letterof the monthlower case a (Ja)followed by an"!"
dd = birthdate (02)
yyyy = 4-digit birth year (1956)

For ERP (ESS) questions, such as logging in and/or accessing the ERP portal, call the ERP Support Center at 754 321-8120
For Benefit-related information, contact the Benefits Department at 754-321-3100 

Once you successfully login and access Employee Self-Service, you can begin to click around and review the information available to you.

Please update your address, phone number and email address in the Contact Information section of ESS.

The BENEFITS Module contains a list of your current plans along with Dependants and Beneficiaries information. In the current ESS, you can update your own Dependent and Beneficiary information.
