The Harness The
Power Program is an employee incentive program that was developed in
collaboration with all of the school board’s employee groups. The goal
is simple; find ways for the district to save money, streamline
operations or increase revenue and receive some of the savings, up to
$5,000 a year.
To submit an idea for consideration, download this form and follow the
simple, step-by-step directions. You can send it to the Employee
Relations Department, attention HTP Coordinator, via pony or e-mail.
You will receive confirmation that your suggestion has been received and
a follow up note as to whether or not the idea will be implemented.
Everyone has good ideas! All ideas are reviewed.
