Sexual Harassment

 

What is SEXUAL HARASSMENT:

 

UNWELCOME verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that:

      * Creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment;

      *  Unreasonably interferes with an individual's work or school performance; or

      *  Otherwise negatively affects an individual's employment opportunities, or ability to participate in or receive benefits,

           services, or opportunities in a school's program.
