Viewing and printing some of these documents will require that your computer have the "Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.X" application installed. Additionally - a browser plug-in allows the Acrobat Reader to integrate with the browser software. This will make viewing and printing possible within the browser window. Follow the links to obtain these software components.
  • Active Students
         The "STUDENT" table contains only active students.  This means that during the summer months, only those students enrolled in summer school are active. The "NEXT STUDENT" table should be used during the summer months and specify Next School Number as your limit. All students, both active and inactive, are in the "STUDENT ALL" table. If you use this table, you must make sure that your limitations are correct for the coming year.

  • Archive Tables
    In order to speed up query processing time, the following tables have been split into two tables. The Base table in each set will contain the current school year and three previous years' data, while the Archive table will contain all information previous to that time. In other words, the Base tables will contain data from 2004, 2003, 2002, and 2001, while the Archive tables will contain all data previous to 2001. If you want to process a query for the current year, or the current year and the previous 1, 2 or 3 years, you will find it by utilizing the Base table. The two exceptions to this are Academic History and Student Test which contains four years of previous data (2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004). Academic History Archive and Student Test Archive contains data previous to 2000. The Base and Archive tables are:
