To complete your School Choice application, you may be required to submit additional documents.

Please submit your required documents to the Demographics & Student Assignments Department using one of the following methods:

By Email- Scan and then email the required documents to SchoolChoice@browardschools.com.
By Fax
By Fax- Fax the required documents to 754-321-2489.
By Mail
By Mail- Mail the required documents to:
