2018/19 School Choice Applications

If you would like for your child to attend one of Broward County public elementary, middle or high schools, please download the appropriate School Choice applications below. Upon receipt of your paper application, if your child does not have a Student Identification Number, one will be created. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been entered into our system.

 

Please submit your 2018/19 School Choice paper application form and any required documents to the Demographics & Student Assignments Department using one of the following methods:

Parents will be notified via email regarding the status of their application.

2017/18 School Choice Application Exceptions

The 2017/18 School Choice application window closed September 1, 2017. General reassignment, magnet program and Nova Schools applications are no longer being accepted. However, the following applications are exceptions:
