Tuesday, December 6	Exam Exemption Forms are distributed to students by first period teachers.
Tuesday, December 6 through Friday, December 16 before 12:34 p.m.	Student obtains teacher signatures for exam exemption approval -and- Student obtains parent signature for exam exemption approval.
Friday, December 16 @ 12:34 p.m. DEADLINE	Original (green-colored) Exam Exemption Form (with original teacher and parent/guardian signatures) turned in to Main Guidance. No photocopies will be accepted; no late forms will be accepted; and no duplicates will be accepted.
Tuesday, January 10	Mid-Term Exam Exemption Database on EagleEye completed; faculty can finalize grades of students who exempted exams.
Monday, January 16	Holiday

Winter Break: Monday, December 19^th through Friday, December 30^th

Students report back to school on Monday, January 2^nd
