PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Broward County Public Schools offer a wide variety of academic, professional, cultural and personal improvement programs to students of all ages. At community schools throughout Broward, low cost, high interest classes are offered that include the arts, the sciences and a wide range of recreational pursuits. Classes may vary in length, but the enjoyment students derive from the classes they choose is quite consistent. Whether the class be Floral Arranging or Spanish, Tennis or Yoga, Introduction to the Computer or Sculpture, it is relatively easy for a student to find himself/herself totally immersed in the appeal of what is new and exciting or what may simply be a favorite hobby. Why, in classes such as Gourmet Cooking, you can even "eat" your mistakes! There's a spot reserved just for you in the program of your choice at your local community school.
