A: Yes, all contractors that are required to be licensed under Florida Laws are required to be pre-qualified.

Q: How do I become a pre-qualified contractor?

A: Respond to the quarterly (January, March, June, September) “All-Call” advertised in The Herald, Sentinel, and DemandStar.com.

Q: Is there an application for pre-qualification?
