Participants will understand the context of Information and Media Literacy in teaching and learning and the role the research process plays in the acquisition of 21st century skills in a technological society. This course is designed to provide the media specialist or classroom teacher with the strategies and skills needed to assist students to solve their information needs. This course focuses on providing the background knowledge and specific strategies to integrate National and State Information Literacy, and Technology Standards into curriculum planning through the use of FINDS, the Florida Research Process Model.

Week 5: Step 4 of the FINDS Model: Develop - Presentation/Integrating Technology
Week 6: Step 5 of the FINDS Model: Score – Assessment/Evaluation
