Welcome to Quality Improvement Supports (QIS)

Broward County Public Schools Quality Improvement Supports (QIS) program provides technical assistance to 63 childcare centers neighboring selected Differentiated Accountability (DA) elementary schools.  Our program is committed to working with early care educators to prepare children for success in school.

Broward County’s Early Care and Education System

The Early Care and Education System in Broward County is comprised of a network of services administered by the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County, Inc. through its community partners. This network of services prepares children for success in school  and includes: Child Care Resource and Referral, family education and supports, Voluntary Pre-kindergarten, financial assistance for early learning programs, child developmental screens, technical assistance, training and professional development for providers, and rating quality of programs.
