Create an application to use in recruiting mentors for a gifted program - Start with a description of the goals for your program to help mentors decide if this is the right volunteer opportunity for them - The application should include questions about experience, areas of interests and what services they hope to offer gifted students. Include a list of possible local sources for mentors from service and community organizations.
