On Monday, May 4, 2015 Davie Elementary hosted the District World Languages Academic Competition.  Twelve Bethune Band and String Students performed “The Mexican Hat Dance” and “La Pinata” 


We are so proud of these students who participated and received 1st Place medals.


This event was an educational and busy day for these students.

Tuesday, May 19 at 7 PM at The Broward Center for the Performing Arts

What would happen if a 21st century Alice fell into Lewis Carroll’s legendary Wonderland?  This modern and fun retelling of the classic children’s story has all of the characters you know and love, including the Mad Hatter, the White Rabbit and the Queen of Hearts. Follow the texting and tweeting Alice as she figures out who she is without all her technology. Will she lose her head or find her heart?
