The Teacher Resource Store (TRS) is a division of Broward County Public Schools and operates under the direction of BECON. TRS's mission is to provide school based instructional personnel with quality resources that foster improvement of instructional practices and educational environments for students. These products align with the quality staff development provided to maximum student acheivement.
In collaboration with specialists from the Core Curriculum Department, instructional materials such as curriculum guides, instructional posters and bookmarks are developed. Products such as FCAT support materials for all core subject areas, best practices materials for classroom teachers, DOE test specifications and Common Core Standards marterials are just a few of the most popular items available.
For employee convenience, items can be viewed here. For those educators that prefer to shop in person, there is a campus store located in room 207 at Rock Island Professional Development Center. Stop in and shop while you are attedning staff development at the district's training site.
