Welcome to the Blackboard Designer Support Site. This site has been created to assist all Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) online designers and instructors in the optimum utilization of its Blackboard e-learning management system. BCPS currently licenses the Blackboard Academic Suite, consisting of:
- The Blackboard Learning System, a course management system
- The Blackboard Community System, a community and portal system
- The Blackboard Content System, a content management system
Blackboard is an Internet-based course management software system that offers students and instructors a dynamic learning environment where course content and materials can be delivered entirely online, as a supplement to face-to-face teaching and learning, or as an academic resource center.
