|
Specialized School Social Workers in the Student Services Office deliver counseling, case management, and family support services to pregnant and parenting students who remain in their home schools. They coordinate with medical, child care, social services and mental health service agencies to ensure these students receive needed services. Parenting skills, and academic/vocational counseling are coordinated at the school sites to support academic achievement and successful high school school graduation. To access services through your home school, call the School Social Work/Student Services Area Office.
