A strategic plan for MTSS implementation is developed

It is occuring because teachers have been trained on the Implementation of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System Support)/ Basis/ RtI (Response to Intervention) and have acquired some content knowledge; however, they are not making the connection to strategies and interventions which is impacting student achievement.

We are going to provide training to all staff on the implementation of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) / RtI (Response to Intervention).

The action plan will include training through professional development, Professional Learning Communities (PLC), Team Leader meetings, Professional Study Daysand third Tuesday of each month (RtI Meeting).

Pre/ Post assesssment to all staff on their knowledge on the MTSS (Multi- Tiered System Support)/ Basis/ RtI (Response to Intervention).

Student progress specific to academic or behavior goals are monitored

Colloborative Problem Solving (CPS) team will monitor students' academic and behavioral progress.

The action plan will include monitoring student data through meetings on academic Tuesdays and PLC's. The action plan will include closing the gap  to meet the needsof the students through professional development.

We will monitor and measure the success by evaluating the outcome based on strategies/ interventions (Good, Poor and Questionable).
