Staff will be trained on November 14, 2018 and additional training of department heads will be conducted on November 27, 2018, to ensure fidelty. New staff will be trained and previous staff members will review the RTI process and the 3-tier model during professional learning opportunities. We will monitor Basis referrals for notations of Tier 1 interventions. Staff will be trained at the next faculty meeting by district staff on November 14, 2018, and department heads will receive an additional opportunity to collaborate with district staff during the Literacy Leadership Day planned for November 27, 2018 to ensure proper implementation and monitoring. Professional learning opportunities will re-inforce Tier 1 interventions and the RTI process. We will monitor documentation in Basis to ensure that strategies are being implemented to help students.
