School Name Virginia Shuman Young (3321) School Year 2018 - 2019 Professional development and coaching provided to staff New and additional programs have been adopted/purchased based on 3 year data trends to address student needs. Staff members will be provided training and development on these specifc programas. Leadership team provides in house professional development, both formally and informally to prepare staff for successful implementation of interventions. Analyze RtI data, research and find trends, choose research based interventions, plan for professional development, provide models, match RtI needs with programs, implement interventions while providing continued support and progress monitoring of implementation, continuous analysis of student data and teacher feedback. Success will be monitored and sucess will be measured by RtI data, displaying lenfth and time of interventions and their success rates. RtI Team 2019-01-07 2019-05-31 Tier 2 academic practices include common student needs, are linked to Tier 1 Due to the lack of scpecific, academic interventions needed for our student deficiencies, teachers had difficulty with the implementation and documentation of Tier 2 Intervention strategies. Review 3 year trends of data on student data. Pre-planning week trainings for teachers and support staff on student needs and interventions aligned to those needs.
