School Name Cross Creek K-12 (3222) School Year 2018 - 2019 Coaching is used to support MTSS implementation Our literacy coach meets with content area teachers regularly to review formative assessment data. The instructional staff do not always have opportunities to practice effective strategies or see those strategies modeled. Create opportunities for modeling and practice with feedback. Teaching strategies for content areas will be identified and master teachers will model these strategies and provide additional support as needed. Content area teachers will also have opportunities to practice strategies and receive feedback through the use of Professioanal Learning Communities. Formative assessment data will be used to monitor the effectiveness of the identified teaching strategies. Academic Leadership Team 2019-01-10 2019-05-31 Data sources are used to evaluate the fidelity and impact Data sources are used to ensure all instruction is being evaluated for its positive impact toward learning gains. Instruction will be modified based on formative assessements and on-line diagnostic assessment data. PLCs will review data to evaluate the effectiveness of their instruction. The literacy coach will meet with teachers to provide support and learning strategies. iReady growth will be monitored by the teachers and literacy coach on a monthly basis to ensure growth targets are being met.
