What elements will be addressed?
Why is it occuring?

Teachers need to continue implementing  CHAMPS in their classroom with fidelity.  Steps and processes need to be in place for teacchers to address behaviors in their room.  They need to document and input data in to BASIS in order to create a referral.  We did not have set dates for RtI Behavior meetings.  In addition, we did not have a clear outline of what strategies to use to create Tier 2 and 3 Behavior Plans. 

What are we going to do about it?

Teachers will be tretrained in CHAMPS.  As a RtI Behavior team, we will meet with teachers in need of support to develop effective classroom management plans.  We will have professional development on how to input Tier 1 information and referrals into BASIS.  In addition, we have selected the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month as designated RtI Behavior team meetings, as a team, we will be identifying strategies to utilize for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 behavioral needs. 

Action Plan

1. Teachers will be trained in CHAMPS
2. Teachers will receive porfessional development on how to input data and doucment Tier 1 strategies
3. Administration will estabish monthly meeting dates for the RtI  Behavioral Team (i.e. every 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month) 
4. The RtI Behavior Team will assist teachers with identifying specific strategies for them to implement and track Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 students
     progression 
5. Administration and support team will monitor the implementation of the behavior plans in classrooms. 

How will we monitor and measure our success?

The Rti Bheavior team will monitor the referrals that are entered in BASIS, and make sure there are Tier 1 interventions entered, when needed.  The team wil also hold meetings every 1st and 3rd Wenesday of the month to discuss students' needs and progression and develop or revise action plans.  In addition, administration will review the behaioral reports in BASIS monthly and conduct weekly walkthroughs in order to provide constructive feedback when needed.
