What elements will be addressed?

The leadership team is actively facilitating implementation

Why is it occuring?

Last year there was a low number of support staff due to budgetary constraints.  

What are we going to do about it?

.Support staff has been increased so they will be able to implement the plans.
.Delegation of plan elements within the team will increase effective implementation of the plan.

•Administration will train/mentor individuals in support positions. 
•Meetings will be scheduled as needed to provide developing leaders the opportunity to report out on support they are providing.
•Administration will selectively delegate assignments designed to provide targeted opportunities for professional growth.

What elements will be addressed?

Professional development and coaching provided to staff

Why is it occuring?

During the 2017-2018 school year, our school staff was spilt between two different in times, one group came in from 6:45am-2:30pm and one group came in from 7:45am-3:15pm. This made it impossible for the whole staff to have trainings together. 

What are we going to do about it?

In 2018-2019, WIngate Oaks has one time for all staff, 8:00am- 3:30pm. This now allows for all staff to meet from 8:00am-9;00am without students being present.
